Abstract

This study investigated whether water extracts oi Allium  satirum (garlic), Tetrapleura tetraptera (aidon) and Mangitera indica (mango) have trypanocidal ettects against T. Congolese. Studies also investigated their ettect on glucose - 6 - phosphate dehydrogenase (G-6-PD). Result showed that oral administration of the three extracts signiticantly reduced the parasite load in the infected and treated ones.
