Abstract

Due to enormous availability at the non-opioid analgesics in the Nigeria market and as a lot ot people engage in self medication, the question of abuse is no more news. There is this fear at a long-term analgesic nephropathy and other side effects of non-opioid analgesics a majority at which are long term. This, thus led to the need to  determine the pattern of abuse as well as determine the extent to which people are realising that indiscriminate use and abuse atdrugs could be at serious damage to their health.
